Verse of the Day:  Psalm 143:8

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you.  Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

As soon as I wake up and open my eyes each morning there are a two things that cross my mind:  God and coffee. I’ve made it a habit to start my day with prayer, God’s Word and coffee and have come to depend on them to get me through the day. One of the good things about routines is that they help you stay motivated even when you don’t feel like it. After I’ve finished my morning routine I’m always glad I didn’t stray from it. If you want a closer relationship with God get into the habit of praying and reading the Bible daily. All you need is a little bit of coffee and a whole lot of Jesus.
