Verse of the Day: Psalm 130:5          

I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.           

Wait for the Lord; wait for His presence, His salvation and deliverance. Wait with your mind, body and soul. Wait for His answers to prayers, for His guidance, for His promises to be fulfilled in His timing. Wait because His ways are perfect. Wait because He loves you and has a plan for you. Wait patiently, putting all of your hope in His promises. Wait for the Lord because His Words are right and true and His ways are better than anything you could ever imagine. Waiting doesn’t mean you do nothing while God is working for your good. While you wait you can praise Him, worship Him and wait with expectation.

Lord, I humbly come before You to praise Your holy name. Thank You for everything You do for me. I know that You are good and that the plans You have for me are better than anything I can ever imagine. Even when I can’t see it, I know that You are working things out for my good. Lord, my hope is in You alone because I know that You are in control. Help me to be patient as I wait expectantly for Your promises to be fulfilled in your timing. Amen.
