Verse of the Day:  Psalm 61:2           

From the end of the earth will I cry to thee, when my heart is overwhelmed; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.       

There are times when we may feel far from God, when we feel alone, when our heart feels sad, troubled or overwhelmed. It doesn’t matter how far away you’ve gone God is always there for you. He is in control and you can always turn to Him. You’re never so far from God that your prayers won’t reach Him. His love, grace and mercy reach to the farthest corners of the earth. Cry out to the Lord for His help and ask Him to strengthen your faith, for He alone is your rock and your salvation.

Lord, thank You for always being with me, thank you for your love and mercy. Even when I feel alone, I know that You are still there and I know You hear my prayers. Lord, give me strength when I am weak, give me hope when I feel helpless and give me rest when I am weary. You are my rock and my salvation and I will trust in You with all my heart as I cry out to You for help. Amen
