Verse of the Day: 1 John 5:14   

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.     

Pray with the full confidence that God hears you, He is faithful and He is a loving God. God hears all your prayers and He answers each one. Sometimes the answer is yes, sometimes the answer is no and sometimes the answer is not right now but in His timing. The key words here are “according to His will”.  Always pray “according to his will” asking that the Lord’s will be done, not yours, that His promises be fulfilled for He alone knows His plans for you. Pray by faith in the name of Jesus with humility and reverence because no matter what the answer is, you can be sure He has heard your prayer.

Lord, I humbly come before You to thank you for your goodness, love and mercy. Thank you for hearing my prayers and for answering each one according to Your will. May Your will be done in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
