Verse of the Day:  Philippians 2:5     

In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus                            

In everything you do and as you interact with people, follow the example of Jesus Christ. Make a conscious effort to have the same mindset as the Lord. Before you speak, before you act, ask yourself how would Jesus handle this situation. In the 90s the phrase “What Would Jesus Do?” (WWJD) became popular and served as a reminder to act in a way that demonstrates the character of Jesus. The Bible tells us that Jesus was humble, obedient, patient, giving, forgiving and more. Jesus not only loved God but His heart was full of love and compassion for all people. Do your best to live your life in such a way that others will see Jesus in you.

Heavenly Father, thank You for sending your Son, Jesus, as the perfect example of love and compassion for all people. Help me to do my best to live a life of humility and obedience to You. Lord, help me to be patient, kind and forgiving. Help me to be compassionate and loving so that others may see Your love through me. Amen
