Verse of the Day:  Ephesians 6:11    

Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.                       

Just like a soldier going into battle you too must put on our full armor. God has equipped you with all you need to stand up to the devil’s schemes and plans. He has given you the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Stand your ground against evil with your feet firmly rooted in the Lord and fight the good fight of the faith. There is one other thing you need before you go into battle, you must recognize that you already have the victory through Jesus Christ.

Lord, thank You for equipping me with Your full armor to fight the plans of the enemy. Help me to stand my ground against evil as I fight the good fight of faith. Thank You, God for giving me the victory though Jesus Christ! Amen
