Verse of the Day:  Proverbs 3:27      

Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.                            

God wants you to help the poor and indigent. If you have the opportunity and are able to help someone don’t walk away or turn your back on them when they need you most. God has compassion for the poor and you are called to show His love, kindness and mercy to those in need. Be generous not only with your money but also with your time and talents by letting God work through you to help the destitute. You have been blessed so that you may be a blessing to others and He will not forget the effort and love you show them.

Lord, thank You for the blessings You have poured over my life. Help me, Lord, to show the same compassion, love, kindness and mercy You have shown to me, to those in need. Help me to use my gifts and talents for You honor and glory. Use me to do Your will, Lord. In Jesus’ Name Amen
