Verse of the Day:  1 Corinthians 16:14         

Let all that you do be done in love.   

Because of God’s love for us and our love for Him, everything we do should be done with love. From the simplest of things to the greatest, it should all be done with the love of God in our heart. Nothing we have can give us the joy and fulfillment we seek if we do not love others. Everything we do, our work, our charity, our life, all of it is in vain if it’s done without the love of God. Our love and concern for one another should shine through just as Jesus is the light of the world. Keep your eyes open, hold tight to your convictions, give it all you’ve got, be resolute, and love without stopping. (The Message)

Father, Your Word tells us that love is patient and kind. I confess that I do not always do things with love. Lord, help me to be more like You. Help me to love the way You do. Help me to do everything with genuine love for others in my heart. Amen
