Receive Your Blessing

Verse of the Day:  Psalm 81:10

I am the Lord your God, who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.

God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Long ago He brought the Hebrews out of Egypt and out of bondage and He has done the same thing for you. He has brought you out of your bondage of sin. Now open your mouth wide with praise and thanksgiving for your deliverer. Pray with boldness and confidence in your God asking Him for what you need and He will bless you according to your faith. If you want to receive your blessing you have to trust and believe that the Lord is able to fill your cup, and not just fill your cup but overflow it. Open wide and receive your blessing!

Heavenly Father, we praise You and thank You for Your goodness and mercy. We thank You for Your promises that are the same yesterday, today and forever. Lord, You know what we need before we even ask and so we come before You with boldness because we are confident that You will bless us with everything we need and more. We trust in You and believe that You are able to do all things for those who love You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

National Day of Prayer

Verse of the Day: 2 Chronicles 7:14

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.   Let’s join together today to pray for our country. Our people need God’s forgiveness and restoration more than ever. Let us unite and pray for our government leaders and all those in positions of authority. Pray for doctors, nurses, researchers and all others who have tirelessly worked to save us from the Covid-19 pandemic. Pray for our businesses, schools and churches who have also been adversely affected. Pray for God’s mercy and grace, direction and wisdom. Most importantly, pray for our people to know how much God loves them.
