Verse of the Day:  Acts 16:25

About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.        

Paul and Silas were in a pretty bad situation. They had been beaten and thrown into prison. They had every reason to be bitter and angry, but because of their love and faith in Jesus they chose to pray and sing to God despite their current circumstances. Whatever difficult situation you may find yourself in today, keep praying and singing to God. Keep praising God no matter what the circumstances. Keep praising Him until He gives you the victory.

Heavenly Father, no matter what difficulties I may face, I’m going to keep praying and singing and praising Your name. I know that You can change any situation I face and work it out for my good. I know that in the end I will have the victory through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. Amen
