Verse of the Day:  Lamentations 2:19           

Arise, cry out in the night, as the watches of the night begin; pour out your heart like water in the presence of the Lord. 

Faith in Action: Before you pour out your heart to your friends, try pouring out your heart to God. It doesn’t matter if it’s anger, frustration, confusion, pain, suffering, lay it all at His feet. God loves you and He hears every prayer.
