Verse of the Day: Matthew 24:35

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

We live in an ever changing world and change is inevitable for better or worse. There is a well-known saying often attributed to the Bible, though it does not originate from it: “This too shall pass.” It’s an adage reflecting the temporary nature, or ephemerality, of the human condition. (Wikipedia) While it may provide solace to many during challenging times, there exists something even more steadfast and reliable—the unchanging Word of God. It was true yesterday, remains true today, and will endure eternally. We can place unwavering trust and reliance upon it, guiding our lives with its timeless wisdom, even unto the end of days, for it shall never falter or alter.
