19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
Your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and therefore we should take care of them. I have struggled with my own weight issues all my life. I finally topped the scales at 260 pounds. I have hypothyroidism but my eating habits were also atrocious. While surfing the internet for a diet doctor I came upon a website for low carb and keto diets. Over the course of two years I was able to lose 80 pounds. I still struggle and I’m not perfect.
