3-Ingredient Low Carb Egg Cups


Bacon and Cheddar Egg Cups


This is a great way to get your morning started.  If you prep the egg cups at the beginning of the week you can store them in the refrigerator and just pop 1 or 2 in the microwave for 30 sec – a minute and they’re  to eat.



  • 6 eggs
  • 3 slices of bacon (cooked)
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese

* Cooking spray

Makes 6 egg cups.  Each egg cup is approximately:   130 calories, 10g Fat, 10g Protein, and less than .5g Carbs. (Does not include cooking spray values)



Preheat oven to 350 degrees (Fahrenheit).

Break up the precooked bacon and spread evenly into each cup.  Next, sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese evenly into each cup.  Crack one egg directly into each cup.


Lightly scramble each egg with a fork right in the cup.


Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees, checking often.

Remove from oven, let cool for one minute and pop out of pan.  Cool completely before storing in container in the refrigerator.
