Faith in Action: No matter what you are going through have faith that God will get you through the storm. You may have troubles, but you will not be destroyed. As long as you have God, you have hope. Trust in God to see you through whatever life throws at you.

The Coronavirus pandemic has been a part of our lives for over a year now. It’s still affecting our physical health, mental health, our work, home and social life. So many people have been infected and many have lost their lives. It’s just as important today as it was a year ago to take every precaution possible to help contain the spread of this virus. As Christians, we need to remember that God did not give us a spirit of fear but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Jesus said we would have troubles but then He said not to worry because He overcame the world.
Dear Lord, thank You for another day of life, not everyone woke up this morning. Thank You for your promises that give us peace and comfort as we go through life’s storms. Because Jesus overcame the world and death itself, we know that nothing can separate us from Your love and we have the victory through Jesus Christ! Amen

People are scared and it’s important to take every precaution possible to help contain the spread of this virus. It’s not how many times you get knocked down, it’s how many times you get back up. Jesus said we would have troubles then He said not to worry because He overcame the world. Bad things happen, it’s how we handle them that matters. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and have confidence in His love for you because He will get you through your troubles.
