Verse of the Day: 1 Chronicles 29:13
Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name.
I want to wish you all a happy and blessed Thanksgiving! Over the past few days I’ve shared with you just a few of the things I’m thankful for but there are so many that I would never be able to express them all. I’m also thankful for the readers of The Consecrated Woman. It’s a blessing to be able to share God’s Word with you. Thank you for your continued support. I pray that you are encouraged and inspired daily. Please keep me and my family in your prayers. As we give thanks to our Lord today let’s remember that God is good all the time and we should be thankful every day of the year. May God bless you and your loved ones today and always. Happy Thanksgiving!
Verse of the Day: Ephesians 5:20
always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am truly thankful for everything God has done for me and the plans He has for my future. I am thankful for everything He has blessed me with, it’s more than I deserve. I’m thankful for my salvation and for the relationship I have with my Savior. Above all else, I’m thankful for God’s love, mercy, grace and forgiveness. I give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart.
Verse of the Day: Psalm 128:1-2
Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to him. You will eat the fruit of your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours.
It doesn’t matter if you are rich, poor, old, young or what race you are blessings and prosperity come to all who fear the Lord. Reverence to God, submitting to His will and obedience to His Word are the keys to being blessed and prosperous. God wants you to enjoy the fruits of your labor, to be blessed and prosperous! If you walk in His ways all will be well with your soul while you live and even better, for all eternity.
Verse of the Day: Ecclesiastes 3:12
I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live.
God has given you the gift of life and He wants you to be happy and enjoy it. Spend time doing things that make you happy with the people you love. Do good for others and enjoy the blessings of God with a thankful heart.
Verse of the Day: Psalm 145:9
The LORD is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made.
God is the essence of perfect goodness. He is kind, caring, compassionate, generous and merciful toward all who seek Him. There is not a single person God is not ready and willing to bless; not a single person who God does not want to see happy and not a single sinner God would not show mercy to. Everything from God is good and all good things are from God. Turn to God, His goodness and love last forever.
Verse of the Day: Psalm 81:10
I am the Lord your God, who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.
God is the same yesterday, today and forever and He will bless you according to your faith. If you want to receive your blessing you have to trust and believe that the Lord is able to fill your cup, and not just fill your cup, but overflow it with blessings. Open wide and receive your blessing!
Verse of the Day: Psalm 40:5
Many, Lord my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us. None can compare with you; were I to speak and tell of your deeds, they would be too many to declare.
God is good all the time and He has wonderful blessings planned for you, including the gift of salvation. There is no way we could even begin to count all of God’s blessings. He is worthy to be praised for His goodness and mercy.
