Verse of the Day:  Matthew 25:40     

And the King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for Me.’         

Faith in Action: Share God’s goodness with those in need. Do what you can as often as you can for as many as you can.

As believers in Christ we should be known for our good deeds. We don’t do them because we are trying to get into heaven. Jesus already made the way for us. We do good deeds because of the grace that has been shown to us. We do good deeds because we have the love of God inside of us and we do good deeds because we want to be more like Christ. Love is kind and God commands us to love one another. Be kind, practice random acts of kindness and charity, not because of who they are but because of who you are, a child of God.  Share God’s goodness with those in need. Do what you can as often as you can for as many as you can.

Father, help us to be more Chistlike in all we do. Let Your Spirit guide me to do good deeds for those in need. Let your love and kindness be seen through me for Your honor and glory. Amen
