God Sent His Son

Galatians 4:4-5

Verse of the Day:  Galatians 4:4-5

But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.

God had predetermined that He would send His Son, Jesus, to save the world from sin. When that time came He sent Jesus to live among us and to ultimately pay the price for ours sins, bringing redemption to all humanity. Jesus was born and died so that, by faith, we could receive the gift of adoption with the power, authority and privilege from God through Jesus and a right to our heavenly inheritance for all eternity. (Gill’s Exposition)

#Relationship Goals

1 John 5 20

Verse of the Day:  1 John 5:20

We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true by being in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

Do you know about Jesus or do you really know Him on a personal level? Just knowing who He is, is not enough. Our goal in life should be to really get to know Christ by having a deep and personal relationship with Him for through Him we belong to God. What a privilege it is to have been given the knowledge of Christ our Lord and Savior and to believe and trust in the true God who came to give us eternal life.

Have a Blessed Sunday!

Psalm 84 4

Verse of the Day: Psalm 84:4

Blessed are those who dwell in your house; they are ever praising you.

What a blessing it is to be in the house of the Lord enjoying the presence of the one true living God. It is a privilege and an honor to offer our praises to our Lord and Savior. The house of the Lord is also a place where we can go to be refreshed, revived and renewed. How truly blessed we are to enter His house to offer our praise, worship and give thanks.
