Putting God first in everything you do and seeking the kingdom of God leads to a life of favor. Pursuing what is good and doing good for others will put you in a position of favor from both God and people. When you look for trouble, trouble will find you. When you try to hurt others, it will surely come back to you. If you’re always looking for the negative that’s exactly what you’ll find. Instead, live a positive and optimistic life by trying to find the good in all people and making the best of things in all situations.
Lord, help me to see the best in people, to seek the good in every situation and to put You first over all things. Help me to live a positive life with You at the center. Amen

Are you trying to find the good in others or are you constantly looking for the negative in people and situations? No one is perfect, try to see their good qualities instead of their shortcomings. Be optimistic with a positive outlook and try to find the good in all people and situations and you will find favor with people, but more importantly, with God.
