Verse of the Day:   Psalm 56:3          

When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.        

David was surrounded on all sides by difficulties and dangers and was afraid for his life yet he trusted in God. He acknowledged and admitted his fear and then asked God to show mercy on him and help him. If he had let fear overtake his faith, he may have had a different outcome. Likewise, the enemy will use fear to keep you from the plans God has for your life. He knows if he keeps putting doubts and fear in your mind you will never step out in faith to accomplish what God has planned for you. Turn to God, put your trust in Him alone. When you are afraid, step out in faith knowing that God is with you and He will equip you for what He has called you to do. So many people never achieve the success God has planned for them because they are too afraid to take the first step. Don’t let fear keep you from living the life God has planned for you.

Lord, help me overcome my fear. Let my faith be stronger than any doubts or fear the enemy tries use to keep me from what You have planned for me. God, I trust You with my life, deliver me from all my fears. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
