Psalms 34:14

Verse of the Day:  Psalms 34:14

Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

 

Evil is all around us all we have to do is turn on the evening news to see proof of the evil in this world.  To live a peaceful life, the Bible tells us to turn from evil.  This includes evil people, evil things, and all things evil.  Instead, do good, according to God’s Word.  Embrace peace in every area of your life through your faith in God.

Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

Before we were ever born, God saw us and He knew all about us. He sees us, He hears us, He knows our thoughts, and He knows our hearts. How wonderful to know that our God knows us and now we must not only know of Him, but seek Him to know Him personally.
