Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

It’s not always about the words you use when you try to tell people about Jesus. Sometimes actions do speak louder than words and it’s the way you live for Christ that makes the most impact.  Whether you know it or not, people are watching you. They are watching to see if your actions match your words. They know you can talk the talk, but can you walk the walk? No one is perfect and God is continually working in us but we can try our best to live a life of humility and integrity. Follow the example of Jesus and try your best to do everything with love. “May your life preach more loudly than your lips.” – William Ellery Channing

Planting Seeds

Luke 8 15

 Verse of the Day:  Luke 8:15

But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.

God’s Word is like a seed that you plant everywhere you go by sharing it with others and by being an example in the way you live for Christ. Not everyone will accept God’s Word, some seeds will land on the path, some on rocky ground and others among the thorns. Not every seed will take root and produce. You never know whose heart the seed will take root in, but the more seeds you plant, the bigger the harvest.

They see the changes in you and the transformation that only God can make in your life.
