Verse of the Day:   1 John 5:14

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

 

Pray with the full confidence that God hears you, he is faithful, and he is a loving God.  God hears all our prayers and he answers all our prayers.  When we ask God for something, the answer will be “Yes”, “No”, or “Wait”. The key words are, “according to His will”.  Just because we pray and ask God for something does not mean that it is His will for us.  We must always pray “according to his will” and ask that his will be done, not ours, for he alone knows his plans for us.
